What is reflexology? That was indeed a question I asked myself 25 years ago when I was in the middle of an exhausting European tour with no end in sight and trying to move house at the same time!!
A colleague suggested I try some reflexology for relaxation and well being.
As a musician I was very aware of stress levels and the sometimes debilitating symptoms it can produce and decided to try some sessions.
The rest as they say "is history" as from that moment
on Reflexology changed my life.
I was so impressed with the results of my treatments that I decided to
train as a professional reflexologist and set up "Sole Practice Reflexology Clinic" in 2002.
Based in Gamlingay a village on the border between Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire I am able to offer advanced Clinical Reflexology,
Vertical Reflexology, Chinese lymphatic drainage foot massage,
Chinese neck shoulder massage and Reiki sessions.
