With my continuing interest in energy work I decided in 2012
to qualify as a Reiki practitioner.
Reiki pronounced "Ray-Kee" is Japanese for "universal life energy"
It is a non invasive hands on healing therapy to balance the chakras energy centres, body, mind and spirit.
The tradition was founded by Dr Mikao Usai in the early 20th century.
